Limitation of Liability


You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.




If you would like to exchange your item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping is non-refundable.




If you would like to return your item, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will be made to the same method of payment that was originally used for the purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.  Shipping is non-refundable.


Shipping Charges


You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Before you ship your product  back to us, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • The product is in the same condition in which you received it
  • Proof of purchase


Damaged Items


If your order arrived damaged or defective, please notify us immediately for assistance and follow the instructions below so that we can get you a replacement as soon as possible at no additional charge:

  1. Take a digital photo of the damaged item; include a photo of the box if it was also damaged.
  2. Attach your digital photos to an email and send them to: be sure to include the full name on the order, order number, and a brief description of the damage.
  3. You will receive and email within 1-2 business days to follow up with you.

If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, we may request that you provide additional information or return the item by mail before the return can be processed.
